Bromley & Co 6084 Pty Ltd (“Bromley & Co”) accepts payment by credit card or Paypal, using the secure services of Paypal. All prices listed are in Australian dollars, and are inclusive of 10% GST.

After you have selected the item or items you wish to purchase, please proceed to the checkout where you will be asked either to checkout as a guest, or to register your details or log in if you have registered your details previously. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing your invoice and confirmation of your order.

While Bromley & Co make all effort to keep our website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be current at the time of viewing.

Bromley & Co does not provide warranties on any of its products or on any information provided on the Bromley & Co website. As many of the items available through Bromley & Co are handmade and hand painted, they will have minor textures and unique qualities, which are a delightful consequence of their handmade nature. If you have any queries in relation to a specific piece listed for sale online which may have areas of uncertainty for you, please contact us for further information at info@bromleyandco.com or by phone at +61 3 9510 8990.

Neither Bromley & Co, nor its employees, agents or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.

PRIVACY AND INFORMATION SECURITY
Online purchases with Bromley & Co are processed using the secure services of Paypal. For information regarding Paypal’s privacy policies please visit Paypal.

All information provided to Bromley & Co in the course of conducting our business is regarded as strictly confidential and is managed in accordance with Australian law. In the course of making purchases online you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card number. This information is stored internally by Bromley & Co in secure information systems. Bromley & Co employs appropriate technical and managerial practices to ensure the security of all information and to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of all personally identifiable information. Bromley & Co will not sell, rent or disclose the information provided by you unless required to by law. We may however provide certain necessary information to third party service providers or contractors who assist Bromley & Co to provide you with particular services, for example freight.

We also use cookies, which are small packets of information stored on your computer. Cookies do not contain any information that can be used to personally identify you such as your name, or any kind of financial information. Cookies contain information about the way in which you use our website and as such are a valuable tool for us in learning how to better provide our services to you and improve your experience of our website.

SHIPPING
Local deliveries of larger pieces of furniture or artworks are arranged using Bromley & Co’s own delivery service or through an independent contractor.

Shipping within Australia is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use a variety of courier and delivery services depending on the size and fragility of the item.

A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier. Please note that orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch from Bromley & Co, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Bromley & Co arranges international deliveries of larger items of artworks through independent contractors. Delivery fees are quoted at time of purchase.

Shipping is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use a variety of courier and delivery services depending on the size and fragility of the item.

A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier. Please note that orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.

International shipping can take a variety of time frames depending on where we are shipping to, in some cases it can take as long as 21 days. If you have not received your order within 14 business days of its dispatch from Bromley & Co, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.If you require urgent shipping, please contact our gallery on shop@bromleyandco.com or +61 3 9510 8990 and express shipping can be quoted for you at an additional cost.


Customs & Import Duty Fees
All international orders may incur customs or an import duty fee. These charges arise upon delivery of your parcel. These charges vary greatly depending on the country you are ordering from and cannot be predicted. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Anyone at your specified delivery address who receives the goods shall be taken by Bromley & Co to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.

If there is no one at the delivery address at time of delivery, you will need to make alternate arrangements regarding a suitable time with the carrier. You may be required to pay an additional fee.


RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please advise us in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased, including the order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item.

In the situation where the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

When sending returned items to Bromley & Co we advise you use registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange Bromley & Co reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

In the situation where you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a faulty or incorrect item, you may exchange it within 2 weeks of purchase. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer.

All items returned to Bromley & Co for exchange must be intact and in saleable condition.


COLLECTION OF ITEMS
If you are able to collect your purchase from our Bromley & Co gallery in Windsor (93-95 Chapel Street, Windsor, Victoria Australia 3181), please contact our gallery directly on info@bromleyandco.com and wait for Bromley & Co to confirm that the item is ready for collection as some items might be coming from one of our other galleries or studio spaces. In most cases this will be on the day of the purchase or within 3 days after. If your purchase falls over the weekend please be aware that the item may not be ready for collection until Monday. However, in all cases please wait for confirmation from Bromley & Co.
